No one likes taxes. This is nothing profound and nothing new. We may enjoy the benefits of paying taxes, but no one really enjoys paying taxes. In Luke 20:19-26, the scribes and chief priests think they have come up with the ultimate question to stump Jesus...a question about paying taxes. However, as they soon learn, Jesus can't be stumped. Jesus is superior.
