Our Purpose

The Church at Eastern Oaks exists to collectively pursue intimacy with God through obedience to God in order to advance the Kingdom of God all for the glory of God. (John 17:3, Phil. 3:8-10, John 14:15, 1 John 5:3, Matt. 28:18-20, 1 Cor. 10:31, Rev. 4:11).

Together, we are a body of baptized believers seeking to deepen our relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ. We do this through joyful obedience to His written Word. We believe the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God and is sufficient to equip us for a life of faith and service.

Here at Eastern Oaks we truly believe the family of God includes every person who has accepted
Jesus Christ as their Savior, regardless of age, gender, race, or ethnicity. We welcome all people
into our local church family, as we hope to always reflect the picture of the Church found in Revelation 7:9-10 where we read...

After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every  Nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, 'Salvation belong to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!
