No on likes to be misunderstood, but we acknowledge it happens form time to time. In fact, it even happened to the Apostle Paul when writing to the church in Corinth. Paul's instructions to separate from believers living in sin was misunderstood by the Corinthians who thought Paul was saying to separate from ALL people living in sin. That, as Paul will clarify, is impossible and harmful to the spread of the Gospel.
